Medicine for Children Resources

Throughout 2005, the area of medicines use in children has been a major focus of ICCPE programming. Alongside a national roadshow - Medicines for Children - during Spring and its rerun in Autumn, the Centre conducted a training session at the PSI Annual Conference titled Medicines for Children: Information for Healthcare Professionals, Children and their Carers. An open learning package on Paediatric Pharmaceutical Care is also currently available. ICCPE's Director, Orla Sheehan, is a member of the recently founded Children Youth and Medicines International Network (CYMIN). This section of the website brings together a selection of resources relating to the area of medicines use in the paediatric population.
